A quarterly of international affairs, published at Harvard since 1979.
The Harvard International Review offers insight on world affairs from the perspectives of scholars, leaders, and policymakers. Since our founding, we have set out to bridge the worlds of academia and policy through outstanding writing and editorial selection.
